Zagreb, December 2025
The final event of the Erasmus+ project Design Locally, Apply it Globally (DLAG) was held in Zagreb, where the key results of the project and the new educational board game CONNECTED / POVEZANI were presented.
The event took place at the Limun i Lasica Art Studio, where the project partners – ZMAG (Croatia), Zeleno doba – Centre for Sustainable Growth and Development (Serbia), and the Slovenian Permaculture Association (Društvo za permakulturo Slovenije) – shared their collaboration and experiences gained throughout the project.
During the introductory presentation, participants learned about the process of developing the DLAG methodology and toolkit, which combines the Design Thinking approach with the perspective of social permaculture in work with young people and communities.
A special part of the event was dedicated to the premiere presentation of the educational board game CONNECTED / POVEZANI, designed to introduce the ideas of permaculture and systems thinking in a playful and interactive way.
After the presentation, participants played the game together and explored through the gameplay how different elements within a system are interconnected.
The event in Zagreb was part of a series of presentations where project partners shared the results of the DLAG project across the region. Following Zagreb, the game and other project results were also presented in Slovenia and Serbia, while all project materials are available on the project e-platform at designlocally.org.
